Jet with Justina is an independent consulting service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of any airline, hotel chain, credit card issuer, or loyalty program.
2. Not a Travel Agent
Jet with Justina is a consulting and strategy service — not a licensed travel agency. Justina does not book travel on your behalf, does not handle your money, and does not access your loyalty program accounts. All bookings are made directly by you following the step-by-step instructions provided.
3. Fees & Payment
Service fees are as listed on the website at the time of inquiry:
- Starter: $150 per booking (flights or hotel)
- Concierge: $400 per trip (flights + hotels)
Payment is due prior to research beginning unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled as follows:
- If Justina is unable to find any viable award options for your requested trip, you will not be charged.
- Once research has been completed and itinerary options have been delivered to you, the fee is non-refundable regardless of whether you proceed with the booking.
- If you cancel before research has begun, a full refund will be issued.
Award availability is determined by airlines and loyalty programs and is outside of Justina's control. The inability to find space on a specific flight, route, or date does not constitute grounds for a refund if alternatives were presented.
5. No Guarantee of Results
While every effort is made to find the best award redemptions for your situation, Jet with Justina cannot guarantee:
- Availability of specific flights, routes, dates, or cabin classes
- That award space will remain available between research delivery and your booking
- A specific dollar value of savings
- That loyalty program rules, award charts, or transfer ratios will not change
Loyalty programs may change their terms, award pricing, or partner relationships at any time without notice. Jet with Justina is not responsible for changes made by third-party programs after research is delivered.
6. Your Responsibilities
By using this service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your points balances and travel preferences
- Book award space promptly after receiving your itinerary, as availability is not held
- Comply with all loyalty program terms and conditions
- Not share the research or itinerary with third parties for commercial use
7. Account Security
Jet with Justina will never ask for your loyalty program login credentials, passwords, or payment information. If anyone claiming to represent Jet with Justina requests this information, do not provide it and contact us immediately.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and branding — is owned by Jet with Justina. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jet with Justina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this service, including but not limited to: loss of points, missed award availability, program devaluations, flight cancellations, or any costs associated with booking changes.
Total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for those services.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kentucky.
